Pop up noise problem of TPA6211A1

I had design with TPA6211A1.

test condition that audio signal supply to tpa6211A1 during shutdown pin is "high", when we main power off -> on , it happen to pop up noise.

I'd like to prevent this pop up noise during this condition. Please help to me.
