Regarding Power Amplifer

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5611

hi

I want to know  power amplifer IC's number detail which will support frequency ranges of    5khz to 60khz ( and 20 w to 80 W).     Most of the data sheet (from TI) says Amplifer supports up 20khz only.

what is mean Wide power bandwidth: 70 kHz.  Is it says it supports up to 70khz .. Please clarify me.I am working for acoustic signal power amplifier design.we have already started with TAS5611 IC. But we are facing problem in the PCB integration and IC foot print .  I request Please mail the circuit diagram of TAS5611EVM board one to create gerber file .

  • Hi, Thangarasu,

Since we make audio amps, and most people only care about performance up to 20 kHz, that's all we focus on.

However, there is some excess bandwidth in our amps, but we haven't characterized them past 20 kHz.

You will find it works, but the gain will be reduced as output frequency goes up.

The TAS5611PHD2EVM gerber files are posted on our website here.
