Selecting ADC/DAC questions

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMS320C6748, TAS5630

Hello, we are starting a TI design around the TMS320C6748 floating point DSP and have some questions about selecting a CODEC or ADC/DAC combo.

Currently our design is centered around the TMS320C5501 fixed point DSP the AIC3204 16 bit CODEC and the TAS5630 300W per channel class D on the output.
In order to get better performance we switched to floating point and also want to switch to 24 Bits on the ADC DAC with >100db SNR. Our output to the class D amp is ultrasonic from 40khz to 65khz. We are have a clock rate on the DAC of 192k and 44 on the ADC. We have standard line level audio at the input of the ADC. I had to rule out the AIC3204 Codec because it is only 16 bit. Plus we were not using any of the other features this chip offered. So my question is what chip CODEC or chips ADC/DAC shall I use? Cost is always a concern but performance needs to be number one.
As a side note it seems that some of the 24 bit DAC's have a low pass filter at 20k. Is this filter scaled when I select the higher sample rate of 192k?
Second side note, can the MCASP on the C6748 handle the data at 24 bit at 192k?
Thanks for any support and advice
