I want to use 4 PCM2902B devices into a hub and connected to 1 host controller within the PC. The problem i have is that the PCM2902B device uses 30% of the usb bandwidth when playing and recording audio therefore it is impossible to connect 4 into 1 host controller as there is not enough bandwidth. After some investigation the PCM2902B is a USB 2.0 device in the USB device descriptor config but the speed of the device is full speed 12Mbit/s. Can you get the device to run at high speed 480Mbit/s.

Stuart,

You should be able to connect four PCM2902B devices to a USB 2.0 hub. That hub then talks high-speed with the host. There's adequate bandwidth on all links. The USB 2.0 hub is smart enough to handle this.

Is this not what you observe?
