    Hi Daniel,

    This error looks like Orcad Pspice is not properly referencing the LM4702 model netlist; providing the undefined error. Unfortunately, I don't have the answer for you as it has been quite some time since I've used Pspice, but I do remember it being syntax sensitive. I would recommend checking the Orcad Pspice forum on how to properly reference the model netlist or possibly repost in the modeling forum.

    Hi Daniel,

    I did think of one other option. If you have TI's TINA simulation software installed (free), and you open up the TINA-TI Reference Design link, it will open up the working model. You can then swap out the BJTs for FETs and run your sims. TINA is pretty simple to use.

    Just trying to provide another option.

    Hi Daniel,

    It is very often error while using Orcad Pspice, there are many reasons for the that error, as for my Pspice experience I can give you two tips they are,

    1. 1. Both Lib and OLB file should be available in the folder to avoid the error, this is the most common mistake we did.

    Generally the same error "ERROR -- Subcircuit 28C0236-0EW-10 used by X_U1 is undefined" will come when your Orcad version is not licensed (unauthorized).
