TPA6132A2EVM output resistors

There are two resistors (R2/R3) across the L & R outputs on TPA6132A2EVM. I find no mention of value or function? There are no output coupling caps so, please clarify. Thanks

Hi, Bruce,

We put those on there to use as loads when we generated the d/s plots.

If you connect the loads via the 3.5 mm jack, the performance suffers (especially crosstalk due to the common ground ring).

DNP = Do Not Populate.

Thanks. I didn't know DNP meant "Do not populate". We use the term "NP" for No Part.
