AIC3254 Hi_Fi_Int8x Component

Hi,

I have developed a tone generator in miniDSP_D using 'Int8xOut ' as the output component. This is working ok. Now I have changed to Hi_Fi_Int8x and I see spikes at a rate of 8khz in my output signal. Why could this be happening? Is Hi_Fi_Int8x valid for voice at a sample rate of 8ksps?

Miguel,

Hi_Fi_Int8x is intended to work only for 44.1 KHz and 48 KHz sampling rates. It is not intended for other sampling rates. This information should have been in the help file. We will fix this.
