OPA2134 operating temperature

Dear all,

I have a doubt regarding the operating temperature of the OPA2134.

Could this device operate in the range -40 °C to +125 °C? 

Pag 3 of the datasheet the absolute maximum rating is different than package infomation.

    Hi.

    I am not in the product group that supports this product, but it does appear that there is confusion in the datasheet temperature specifcations.

    As a practical matter, however, I would try to keep the IC's ambient temperature within the lowest rating +85C.

    In the Electrical Specs table as well as Typ Performance graphs, it appears that operation up to but no more than 125C is possible, but not recommended.

    If you can't stay within the 85C ambient temperature rating, then I would point you to the fact that the device is available in a number of different packages with different thermal ratings. This may help you achieve your goals.
