Hi Team,

Our customer uses the TAS5713 GUI. The GUI can set the setting and get the output waveform. But we can not mute the TAS5713 through control GUI.

Did you have latest TAS5713 GUI for customer? Thanks!

Hi, Scott,

The latest GUI is in the Product Folder on www.ti.com.

This may be a bug, unfortunately, we are no longer revising this old GUI platform.

The work-around is to use the i2c tool to write the MUTE register directly.

Hi Scott,

I have download the TAS5713 GDE from http://www.ti.com/litv/zip/sloc274, and tested it there is no issue to mute the output.

Have you change the Environment Variables for PPS to the correct I2C address? See pictures in below:
