Dear Sir

I use firefox to generate coefficient, but when i click "Generate coefficient" bottom.

it will have error like encolsed picture. may you pls advice something wrong here?

Hi Bogey,

What happened is Firefox tried to open the file which is in a format specifically for our GUI software. Try using internet explorer, which by default would ask you to save it. Once you have it saved, you can load the file in the GUI which will use these generated coefficients, configure the device and compute the needed equalization. Please refer to page 9 of the user guide for more instructions:
