May I have your support to check how we can specify the recommended operating temperature on IC case?
Our datasheet only list the junction thermal impedance and specify the free-air temperature range. Could you kindly help to check this for us? Thanks!!
Supply voltage: –0.3 V to 5.5 V
VIN Input voltage: –0.3 V to 0.3 V
θJA Thermal impedance, junction to free air: 230.47°C/W
TA Operating free-air temperature range: –40°C to 85°C
Tstg Storage temperature range: –65°C to 150°C
