[CC85XXDK-Headset] How to add a local headphone output to the Master ???

Please see the PurePath Wireless Configurator help system and 'Audio Device Customization Panel' or alternatively the 'Audio Device Definition Files' section. 
These two will show you how to change and alter the I2C register sequence from CC85XX to the AIC3204. 

The AIC3204 application reference guide will show how to control the AIC3204. Figure 1-1 is especially helpful to see the routing options.

Have not tried this myself, so exactly what possibilities there are and how to set this up you will have to figure out yourself or ask over at the Audio Converter forum section:

One more question from similar theme. Can USB master play to it's I2S like ordinary soundcard and simultaneously to distant slave?

Hi Andy, 

This is not possible. The CC85x1 device can be flashed to use USB or I2S. no concurrent operation of these two interface possible.
