Per Audio CODEC TLV320AIC3100 datasheet, we can connect Digital microphone to SDIN input of CODEC, but only one serial Digital input pin is available, if i use that for microphone, how i can communicate with controller for I2S audio interface.

It's not possible to use the I2S digital input if you use a digital microphone.

Thanks for your information.

Could you please let me know if any other mode of communication to transfer Audio information from controller while using Digital mic OR if it is not possible, could you please suggest any other option to have both Digital mic and Speaker driver.

The AIC3262 can do this but it's a much more complex codec in a WCSP. Alternatively you can use a codec (AIC3254) with an external class-D speaker driver like the TPA2012.
