Hi Jimmy,

The AIC3104 can use the opensource driver already found in all Linux distributions. You will find this driver in: sound/soc/codecs/tlv320aic3x.c. For example,

http://lxr.linux.no/linux+v3.10/sound/soc/codecs/tlv320aic3x.c
