samples "in work at fulfilment", when will they arrive?

Hi guys, I ordered some samples to Sydney Australia on the 5th Aug 2013, but nothing is being sent yet... I see this in my samples history


Order Status:	In work at fulfillment

What does this mean? until when?, I need this samples to know what design would be the one I need!
