LM49811 ITAR

Hi,

I just got some samples of the LM49811 and am building a test amp, but the question has been asked "Is it subject to ITAR"?

We have another high power amplifier application for the UK Navy which could be really simple if this device can be used, but would it then make it subject to ITAR?

There is no intention to export the unit, but the finished amplfier would be supplied under a NATO stock number to any bona-fide group that can access NATO stores.

Any help would be appreciated.
