My customer is using 4ch class AB speaker amp.
We are proposing TAS5414C to customer.

What do you recommend heat sink at condition "28 W/Ch Into 4 Ω at 14.4 V" of a data sheet top page reference EVM.

Hirata-san,

The latest datasheet can be found here: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/slos795c/slos795c.pdf . On page 32 and continuing on page 33 is a thermal design example for the needed heatsink thermal resistance. As there are many heatsinks available on the market with many different shapes and sizes, I cannot recommend a heatsink part number.
