I will replace in the sw startup/shutdown the " SPK_SD Pin"  by a  " SPK_SD"  bit

On the same time: I wil connect the  " SPK_SD Pin" on a high continue, same as  the "FAULT pin"

Is this a correct statement to avoid plops during the startup/down routine?
