TAS5727 No Sound, I2s and master clock

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5727
Hi
I am currently developing a circuit board using TAS5727.  But I can not get any audio output.
The I2S Data
LRCLK = 44.1KHZ
SCLK = 11.2MHZ
SDIN
Sample Width= 24bits
Synchronous Data= Data is right channel with word select (WS) high. The SD data MSB occurs in the second SCLK period.
Justification = Left justified.

I do not have a master clock so I have linked the MCLK to SCLK and set the control register (0x00) to 0x60.

I set the following registers
Osc trim value 0x1B = 0x00
Clock Control Register 0x00 = 0x60 (fS = 44.1/48-kHz sample rate,MCLK frequency = 64 × fS)
Error Status Register 0x02 = 0x00
Master Volume 0x07 = 0x00, 0x40

The Error Status Register changes between No fault, MCLK error, PLL auto lock error,

When the Error Status Register is showing no fault the amplifier still does not produce audio.

The Amplifier BST_B & BST_C pins output a square wave signal.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Thanks John
