TLV320AIC3106EVM-K doesn't work

Recently I purchased TLV320AIC3106EVM-K kit but I can't get it working.

I use drivers and software from this link http://www.ti.com/tool/tlv320aic3106evm-k

In windows device manager I see that drivers are installed without any errors but if I start AIC310x application it shows "Connect USB" window with two buttons "Retry" and "Exit". You can see it on the picture attached.

I tried both I2C and SPI control interfaces. I checked jumpers and all are in default position in accordance with PDF documentation.

Please help me to get this kit working. Thank you.

Hi,

Have you also downloaded the latest NI VISA (National Instruments) drivers? These are also needed to get the device up and running.

For windows, the latest one is found here: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/3823/lang/en. You will need to create an account, however this should take a minute and is free.
