Hi, Ken,
What VDD is your customer using?
Are they using X7R capacitors?

Hi Don,
Thank you for your reply. Here is the information.
Q: What VDD is your customer using?
They use Vbatt directly, so typical Vdd is 3.8V.
Then varying from 3.5V up to 4.2V.
Q: Are they using X7R capacitors?
Currently using 2.2uF(10V/X5R).
Hope this help your investigation.
Thanks,
Ken
Hi, Ken,
It is okay from our side to change to a 6.3V cap, but the only issue will be it will have less capacitance than the 10V cap due to the change in capacitance with applied voltage. So, the AGC operation may be changed a little bit if they change the cap value. They might want to study this before they change the cap to see if it is ok for their application.
