Hello,

Should the NC pins on the LHV870 be tied to ground for power dissipation, or should they be left unconnected?

Hi, Ryan,

The power dissipation of this IC is fairly low, but grounding those is probably a good choice. It will also help with mechanical attachment to the board since there is no big pad like most of our QFNs.
