TAS5760M over-current protection

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5760M

Hello, each time after device start-up "Over Current Error Status" bit is set. The same thing happens with and without speakers, by doing start-up via GPIO or I2C registers.

Schematics is based on "Figure 52. Stereo BTL using Software Control, 32 Pin DAP Package Option" from TAS5760M documentation, device is powered and correct clock is supplied all the time. Is there a way to find out what's causing this issue?
