Does there have any setting or script for how to detect the horn or headphone using TLV320AIC3104 EVM?

There is no specific script for setting up the AIC3104 EVM for Mic Detect. You need to look at the EVM schematic and section starting on page 41 of the AIC3104 datasheet.
