AGC of TLV320AIC3101 does not work

Hi all,

I am using TLVAIC3101 audio codec and trying to enable AGC function.

I read datasheet of AIC3101 and try to enable AGC by writing some registers, but I fail.

Do you have any programming guide or I2C setting sequence to enable AGC function of AIC3101?

Hi John,

In order to use the AGC, you must also power up the ADC's. The ADC's are in the feedback loop of the AGC so they need to be running. In addition to that you simply need to enable the AGC in registers 26 and 29 on page 0.
