PurePath pwm input from fpga

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5631, TAS5630B, TAS5630

Hi

I'm building active Speakers and would like to use the TAS5631.

There are 3 speakers (low, mid, high) and i have 3 spdif inputs. One for each line from a digital crossover.

So, i just need to convert the spdif to a pwm and for this, the TI's PWM processors are way overkill.

I thought i can take an fpga where i could implement an spdif to i2s and then a 2th order delta sigma DA stage where i have a pwm output.

i couldn't find detailed information about the pwm input specs of the PurePath Power Stages. Are they usable with delta sigma pwm outputs?
