CAL_SET_DATA comand work only on first time

Hello, everyone, I'm devoloping a wireless music system using cc8520 chip. My customer want to change the RF power manually. I use iCAL_SET_DATA command to it. On the first time after (re)programmingthe cc8520, the command works well, but after that, the RF power can't be changed even the command successful execution. This is the User’s Guide dedscription: "This command can only be used once after (re)programming the device" That means the command only be used once? How can i chang th RF power for many times?
