Maximum Range with PurePath

I am trying to achieve the maximum possible range with PurePath.  I think that the best parameters for this would be 2 Mbps RF data rate, Mono, 32 kpbs audio bit rate, with PCMLF encoding.  Is this correct?  Is there a way to disable (or change the coefficients of) the antialias decimation filter for the PCMLF encoder? If not, what is the relative performance of the SLAC encoder versus the PCMLF encoder?

    Hi,

    I think your settings are suitable to give good range. Further, it is not possible to change the coefficients for the PCMLF decimation filter.

    PCMLF has a lower data rate than SLAC, so to use PCMLF can give you a better robustness/range. PCMLF is, on the other hand, specially design for subwoofer applications, because the format only can contain low frequency audio.
