Can any one help with the standard test for 70V amp!!

We just bought a 70V (50w)amp for the testing, should we run the full load for 6 hours or 1/3 or 1/2 load for 6 hours?

Is it right testing with following condition:

By testing the 1KHz(316mV) with 98 ohm loaded.
