How can i sync two tas5630 ,now i connect osc+ together and osc- together,but the chip works not stable.

Are you trying to run the device with a different PWM frame rate? If running the PWM frame rate in default frequency, please leave the OSC+ and OSC- pins open on both TAS5630. Just be sure to have 10kOhm on pin 12 as suggested in the data sheet. The PWM frame rate will be running at nominal frequency 400kHz. If you want to sync the TAS5630 you need to make sure that one device is in slave mode. To do this tie pin 12 to VREG and connect the OSC+ and OSC- as you described.
