Hi All~~

I try the CC8531 Headset Programming with Configurator

I succeed one programming in CC8531 headset board

However , now suddenly not programming

Below display error message

 

Error message : Disconnected CC Debugger

I verified CC Debugger USB Port recognition in device manager

I checked CC debugger USB Driver

Why... Disconnect...???

I succeed one time Programming...

Now not Programming...

Help me.....

    Hi,

    the device can appear as disconnected because of many reason. Is the led on the CC Debugger green when the reset button has been pressed?

    Some basic things that use to be the problem in this case can be:

    * Evaluation board  is not powered
    * CC Debugger connector is not correctly connected to pin header on the Evaluation board
    * The Evaluation module is not properly connected to the Evaluation board
    * The CC debugger has not been reset (press reset on the CC Debugger)

    Test these basic things so when can rule out these from your problem.
