    Unfortunately, we do not have this data for this device. All the data we have is published in the data sheet.

    HI Jayakumara-san,

    I'll make some comments on your question.

    LM1875T/LB02 part in NS pkg is the same pkg as TI TA05B pkg.

    1)  Tjmax is 150 deg C

    2) Pd typ , 3) Pd max is depending on power supply voltage and load resistor value. Please reffere to the datasheet pg 8 which is shown about how to calcurate Pd max .

    4) Θja=73deg C see datasheet pg 2

    5) Θjb --- sorry we don't have the data

    6) Θjc=3 deg C

    7) Weight: Sorry we don't have the data
