I have an Aardvark Aardverter and have lost the 12 volt wall transformer.  Does anyone know what the polarity of this unit is, positive center or negative center.  The manual does not say.  Reversing the polarity may permanently damage the unit.

    Since this isn't a TI product, I'm afraid none of us at TI can help you. Hopefully, someone else in the community has one of these and can help you. You might also try posting to other boards like DIYAudio (here) and such. But, I imagine you've already done that if you ended up here.
