Hi,
I have earlier successfully designed an audio amp based on your TAS5261 (+ TAS3204 + TAS5086), and have just started a new design based on TAS5631DKD. We want to make a flexible design where we can use the same board in (1xPBTL), (2xBTL), (1xBTL + 2xSE) or (4xSE) configuration by mounting different components. I have studied your EVM design, but I wonder if you have any ref.design for SE connections (w/ recommended components - especially the caps providing the PVdd/2 voltage)?
Perhaps a silly question, but what are "AD-mode" and "BD-mode" mentioned on p.3 in TAS5631 datasheet?
Just to be absolutely sure: "2N" means differental PWM inputs, while "1N" means single PWM input (pr. channel), right?
