I would like to check with you on the difference between TLV320DAC3100 and TLV320DAC3100 -Q1.

ON the data sheet, there appears to be no difference, Even the EVB are the same

Except in the "-Q1" data sheet section 5.2.1.1 Power-Supply Sequence, it was spelt out the recommendation for power sequencing. Would we need to apply this power up sequence to the none "-Q1" as well?

The EVB does not appear to take care of power sequence

Would there be any notable impact if the design(based on none -Q1) did not follow the sequence in -Q1?

There's no difference in power supply requirements between the two.

From a functionality point of view, the most important detail is that the reset signal must be applied after IOVDD and DVDD are up (because if IOVDD is not on when reset signal is issued, the part won't recognize the reset).
