Problem with pcm2904

hi,

I have a problem with pmc2904 ADC without connection provides a very large noise values shows 68 dB.
I had gathered on the ADC pmc2904 but not so much noise ~ 81 dB scheme with the same datasheet.
Regarding DAC is all good:)

What you recommend to get rid of noise in the ADC?
