Hi,

We would like to know the internal clock tree and the external synchronous clock about TAS5760M.
Which clock does this device work?
We guess that the reference clock is MCLK.
Is our understanding correct?
And if MCLK, I2S and I2C are not applied, how does this device work?
If it is possible, could you send us the documentation regarding the internal clock tree?
In addition, if we use multiple devices at same time, can we synchronize them?

We believe this issue as below.
Is our understanding correct?

Since MCLK, SCLK and LRCK are not supplied, the clock error occurs and SPK_FAULT Pin is pulled low.
If we apply same MCLK and I2S to multiple devices, we can synchronize them.
In addition, we believe that you can not disclose the clock tree in detail.

Kato-san,

As per our discussion, I2S clocks, which includes MCLK is required for play audio, but not running the digital core. In the absence of I2S the digital runs of internal clock and communication via I2C is still possible. Multiple devices can be synchronized by sharing the same synchronous I2S signals, including MCLK.
