Hi,

Could you please tell us the internal connection of the PowerPAD about TAS5760M?
We guess that the PowerPAD is connected the substrate(PGND/DGND/GGND) with the diatouch material.
Is our understanding correct?
In addition, if it is possible, could you please tell us the function blocks that apply each power supply voltage?

Hi, Kato-san,

Please follow the EVM for recommended layout. We have spent a lot of time optimizing it.

The PowerPAD should be the star ground for the system.

Hi, Kato-san,

Yes, it is attached to the substrate of the die. The impedance can change quite dramatically; this is not a parameter that we actively control.
