I think there is an error in the package drawing on page 19. It has the balls assigned A,B,C,D,E and 1,2,3,4. Comparing this assignment to table 3 (page 2) and they do not match.
Note that table 3 assigns the balls A,B,C,D and 1,2,3,4,5.
I believe the ball assignment as shown in the 2 drawings on the bottom of page 1 of the datasheet is correct, and page 19 is in error.
Can someone at TI confirm this? I am generating the PCB layout footprint for the TLV320DAC3202 and need this info ASAP.
