LM49352 configuration issue

Which register are you trying to read? CHIP_ENABLE or CHIP_ACTIVE?

Does the amplifier work correctly other than this?

Actually I was reading PMC_SETUP register in which bit no 7 is CHIP_ACTIVE. When CHIP_ACTIVE will go high then we start capturing audio data, so we didn't checked amplifier.

Reading register 0x00/ PMC basic setup register after some delay i am getting CHIP_ACTIVE high. But now problem is chip is not giving digital data output, I only want to use PORT1, I set all register file is attached. And master clock is 12.5MHZ. Please provide me basic settings of register. by which digital output will come out from IC. You need any other information please let me know.

Yes issue was resolved for some extent, when i write 48 register related to ADC and DAC and read 0x00 register bit CHIP_active after some time its high. But when I write Digital effect register (both DAC & ADC) and read CHIP_ACTIVE status after some time its remain low, even delay time for reading that increased.

Actually I want to make loopback system using FPGA, when data is given from active source like mobile phone jack to mic in of IC output at LS out are fine. But when I use passive source i.e. Microphone on output its only noise. I changed mic in level from 6db to 36db still same noise have any idea?

Do you have the signal routing set up correctly? Does it work if you apply a line-level signal and 6 dB of gain?

Hey thanks for your help, signal routing set up correctly, issue was with configuration registers. Now issue is resolved. Can you please tell me what is format of digital data from this IC either its fractional decimal data or integer?
