Hi, this is Atul Bhakay - I have a query on TPS3106D1 which is given below
We have developed class D amplifier using IC "TPA3106D1" using circuit Application Note:- slou191d (Evalution Module for 40W class D amplifier). As per datasheet and application note, we have followed layout guidlines for TPA3106D1 class D amplifier design, So if the supply voltage is 25 Volts then the output power will be 40 Watt at 8 Ohms Speaker. But when we're supplying 12 Volts input, we are getting output power at around 15 Watt at 8 Ohms Speaker And when we are supplying 25 Volts, we are getting output power at around 16.5 Watt at 8 Ohms Speaker instead of 40 Watt. We're attaching the schematic diagram of our design. Also attaching the application note & datasheet pdf files. Kindly check the attachments and let us know, what should we do now to get 40 Watt output power at 25 Volts Input supply voltage? Is there any problem in our schematic?
