Hi,
The pins of INPUT_A, INPUT_B, INPUT_C and INPUT_D are not specified the input capacitance on the data sheet of TAS5624A.
Then, could you please tell me about these input capacitance?
Best Regards,
Kato

Hi, Kato-san,
Unfortunately, we do not have this data.

Hi Don-san,
Thank you for your reply.
Since the ibis model is listed on TI home page, I believe that you have this information.
Could you please confirm it again?
Best Regards,
Kato
Hi, Kato-san,
Can your customer use the IBIS model to answer their concern?

Hi Don-san,
He would like to do simulation using a simple capacitance model.
Although I believe that the capacitance of a digital input pin generally is about 10pF~20pF, could you please give me advice?
Best Regards,
Kato
Hi Kato-san,
Base on the IBIS model, the input cap values are -
5 INPUT_A 0.37968pF
6 INPUT_B 0.37641pF
14 INPUT_C 0.47685pF
15 INPUT_D 0.42531pF
(nom PVT) (fast PVT) (slow PVT)
C_comp 2.383e-14 5.674e-15 3.538e-14
reg,
Paul.
Hi Paul-san,
Thank you for your reply.
Do the values of these input capacitance include the pin capacitance only?
In my experience, I believe that the parasitic capacitance becomes 500fF ~ 3pF depending on the size of the pad, the capacitance of the esd protection circuit also should be added to the pin capacitance.
Best Regards,
Kato
Hi Kato-san,
The C_comp parameter includes the capacitance due to the clamp diodes.
reg,
Paul.
