Hello Group.
We are designing with the AIC3254 in our project.
On our EVMB, the housing pad (PPAD) is wired to GND pr. schematics, but we cannot find anything about this in the actual AIC3254 DataSheet.
So:
- What is the best solution?
Our own guess is of course that it should be set to GND, since this would intuitively give both the best electrical and thermal performance.
