Can the TLV320AIC3212 be used in an ARM based RTOS system?

Hi there,

This chip basically has all the features that I am looking for:

1) at least two digital audio interfaces (one in PCM for BT & one in I2S for my application processor).

2) stereo class D speaker output 

3) stereo line out

4) stereo headphone out

Now can this chip be used in an ARM based RTOS system environment?

I am not too familiar with the firmware side of things...  and therefore the driver requirement etc.
