I thought I would share a recent application note with the e2e community for an RIAA equalized phono preamp published by Bob Cordell and Linear Systems. The design features the TI LM4562 dual audio op amp and the LSK489 dual JFET.

The LM4562 dual audio op amp is featured in figures 5, 7 and 8 showing a FET-input composite op amp, an RIAA phono preamp and a FET input dynamic microphone preamp.
