    Hi, Toshi,

    This device is 20 years old. How did you choose this device?

    Unfortunately, we don't have any information on this (the data sheet does not describe it), but I would ac-couple the unused input to your bias voltage, and put the RC at the output to prevent any parasitic oscillations.
