Is not the same customer. I saw that post but the apps note hyperlink is broken it took me to the roadmap of ESP. I search for the app note and yes indeed it has the bus timing, Thanks. i am attaching the apps note for future reference.

Don, you mention that there are better parts that are i2S compliant. which part do you recomend?

I thought that I2S bus protocal had standard states. However, the customer mentioned that they need setup and hold times to qualify the ASIC design. These must be specific to the silicon in question, the LM49352.

do you have any information on this?

I am working with Antony. I forwarded the diagrams to the customer. This board will go into an aircraft, as a result they want a confirmation that those timings are specific to LM49352.

Can we get such confirmation?

This device was designed to meet with the Philips/NXP I2S standard, and I am not aware of anyone complaining that it doesn't. 

However, it is up to your customer to verify it's applicability for their application and usage.
