LM4952TS/NOPB Amplifier IC suggestions required

Dear Sir,
We made a Stereo amplifier PCB by using LM4952TS/NOPB chip. 
Please find the attached Gerber . In this by mistake we missed grounding pad in complete PCB . So that IC bottom part is getting heat . But board is working fine.
When we are going to give high volume the IC is getting heat so please suggest me alternate solution for this .
Please give suggestion ASAP.

    Hi, Najeer,

    Unfortunately, your Gerbers didn't get posted.

    However, it's probably not important. The best way to get heat out of the package is thru the thermal tab. Figure 50 in the d/s has a plot of the EVM layout showing how we used the PCB as an effective heat sink. I don't think there is an easy way to overcome this... I think that you need to fix your PCB design.
