500 khz ultrasonic amplifier chip?

Hi:

I'm looking for a chip-based amplifier capable of 500 khz operation.
Output power of 10 watts is plenty, even less would be OK.
It will be driving a transducer with impedance around 10 ohms.

All of the data sheets I have found so far seem to not show THD
beyond khz.

Does TI have any products suitable for this application?
