The datasheets for both the 4104 and 4204 only give maximum operating temperatures and not Tjunction max or heat dissipation. The sheet refers to 'over operating free-air temperature range', the measurement of which is unclear. If I check the Tcase temperature of the converters using a thermal probe I get readings as high as 102°C. How does this compare with Tjunc or max operating conditions.
